About this job
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of projects from initiation through delivery.
- Ensuring requirements for internal projects align to operational standards. Developing alternative requirements and documenting exceptions as appropriate.Developing, defining and executing project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and quotes, and deliverables.
- Interacting with cross-functional teams including offshore development suppliers.
- Note : immediate requirement / Max 1 month notice period

Responsibilities
Research :
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives
Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to bring products to market on time and on budget
- Define product requirements and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value
- Drive product launches, including developing go-to-market plans and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
Monitoring :
- Monitor product performance and conduct ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure our products remain competitive
Customer Satisfaction :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Provide product expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within Project Management or a similar role.
- Business Acumen / Customer Service Skills Excellent stakeholder engagement at all levels and with third parties
- MS Office Experience
- Google Product Experience (i.e. Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- A flexible and committed approach to success and the ability to apply this in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience using Jira Cloud
- Experience in managing offshore suppliers
- CSPO Certified
