Eligible
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AWS
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g. python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional

Responsibilities
Engineering :
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Educate stake holders on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
Code :
- Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Lead or participate on designing, developing and testing IaC solutions for AWS
- Support DevOps operations by integrating developed IaC into CI/CD pipeline builds
Innovation :
- Provide technical consultancy for new initiatives, to assist in the definition of business requirements or technical strategies
- R&D for security, components & code, etc. to make sure we are always adopting best practices and don’t fall behind
Requirements
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs
- Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
- Knowledge of JSON architecture
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowing stencil (https://stenciljs.com/) would be added advantage
- Experience with Cloudformation , Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Technical Zeal, Persistence, Independence, Thoroughness
- Able to multi-task work to tight deadlines
- Wide understanding and enthusiasm for AWS
