  • Looking for a talented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and help drive the growth of our SaaS product. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with experience selling software-as-a-service solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.
  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Lead generation :

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Qualify leads and opportunities to determine fit and potential value to the business
  • Manage the sales pipeline and use a CRM system to track and prioritize opportunities

Client relationships :

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS product
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of messaging and strategy

Stay up to date :

  • Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and tactics

Accountabilities :

  • Revenue growth: Accountable for achieving sales revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Sales pipeline management: Accountable for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up on all opportunities
  • Deal closure: Accountable for closing deals and achieving sales targets, including negotiating pricing and contracts
  • Customer relationships: Accountable for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
  • Sales performance metrics: Accountable for meeting or exceeding key sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average deal size, and time-to-close

Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipeline and activity
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques
